Aquila Homes Managing Director Domenic has a building industry knowledge that extends over 20 years. Domenic’s experience has touched on almost every aspect of the building industry. Truly beginning from the ground up, Domenic has experience in drafting and design, quantity surveying, sales, site and project management and working with trades on site. Personally overseeing every home, Domenic’s attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that each Aquila Home is built to the highest possible standard. Domenic’s friendly approach and open communication skills mean that you, the client, are informed of your homes progress every step of the way.
Working alongside Domenic is a dynamic team of individuals. Our office team’s client focus is second to none. From first contact to key handover their enthusiasm ensures a smooth and enjoyable building experience. With a meticulous approach to procedures and planning, your documentation will be carried out promptly and efficiently to meet both time and budget targets.
The design team have a passion for Architecture. They have a strong knowledge for building design and the ability to balance functionality with aesthetics. Using a combination of materials, textures and colours your dream home will unfold based on your own unique lifestyle.
